Marketing Coordinator

You tell the story of Project MARCH to the world through campaigns, social media channels and many more.

Exposure to the rest of the world is very important for Project MARCH. That's why, as Marketing Coordinator, you make sure that people stay up to date via the social media channels. You make sure that all information from the technical team goes out into the world as clearly as possible. Besides, you design any physical promotion material Project MARCH needs to promote, for example, their events.

As a part of the Operations Department, you are co-responsible for the organization of internal events. Think of the Design Presentation and the Exoskeleton Reveal, but also partner events or events for the team itself, giving everyone an extra boost to achieve the best possible result!

What you will do as Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator you are mainly responsible for all Project MARCH's expressions. You will be creating interesting content and planning how you are going to convey that to a certain target group. Video campaigns, photo series or something completely different, you are very free on how to use your creativity! You hold many brainstorm sessions and listen to what the team would like to bring out. You translate this in the most fun and catchy way possible. This can be done via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or any other channel for which you are responsible. You are also responsible for coordinating the internal events. Here you listen to what the team would like and you think of the best way to show the exoskeleton to the world at your own events.

Your focus will be Marketing, but you will work closely together with the UX/UI Designer, Partnerships Coordinator and Public Relations Coordinator. You will support each other in your functions, by for example writing texts together, coordinating different events and coming up with social media posts.
