Partnerships Coordinator
You ensure that there are sufficient resources to develop the exoskeleton; whether that is cash, consultancy, or production capacity.
How do you make sure the exoskeleton walks
As Partnerships Coordinator, you make sure there are enough resources available to actually build the exoskeleton. Consultancy on a specific problem in the software, a manufacturer for a new part of the joint design, or enough cash to finance the exoskeleton: you investigate and you are not satisfied until the right partner has been found. You enjoy learning about many different subjects and know how to make every external party you come into contact with enthusiastic about becoming a partner of Project MARCH. To ensure the sufficient resources you are in contact with a lot of different partners. In addition, you work a lot with the Marketing Coordinator and the Public Relations Coordinator on everything that is visible towards the outside world. Think about events, content, presentations, press and many other things.
What you will do as Partnerships Coordinator
As Partnerships Coordinator it is your responsibility to monitor the acquisition overview and determine whether enough financial resources are available. In addition, you keep an eye on whether the right production partners have been arranged and whether the right consultancy partners are ready. You will be contacting new partners but also see whether previous partners are willing to continue. For this you will be busy emailing, calling and making appointments with various parties. Together with them you will discuss what they can offer MARCH and the other way around. You will make sure that there are clear agreements, like the delivery time. Furthermore, you place each partner on a “scale” based on what they offer us. Then you make sure that clear agreements are recorded in a partneragreement that you have drawn up together with the legal partner and you keep track of what we as Project MARCH can deliver in return. Examples are social media posts or attending an event of a partner. To arrange everything as smoothly as possible you are in close contact with the whole team.
Furthermore, together with the Public Relations Coordinator, you are responsible for the organization and attendance of Project MARCH at several external events.
