Haye Boonstra
Haye combines his passion for biomechanics and robotics as a Motion Planning Engineer at Project MARCH. He focuses on translating natural human movements into robotic terms, ensuring the exoskeleton moves smoothly and safely. His work includes generating motion, modeling the exoskeleton with multibody dynamics, and helping in general software development when needed.
With a background in Biomedical Engineering, Haye is driven by the opportunity to apply his technical expertise to improve the lives of individuals with paraplegia. He values Project MARCH not only for its innovative approach to exoskeleton development but also for raising awareness among engineers about the challenges faced by those with mobility impairments.
Haye aspires to further specialize in multibody dynamics, learn to work with advanced programming tools, and explore whether a future in research or product development best aligns with his passions.
