Cindy He
One reason Cindy believes Project MARCH is important is that it shows the world how bringing together people from diverse disciplines and backgrounds can lead to solutions for highly complex technological challenges.
As the Project Manager of the team, she oversees collaboration across our different departments and ensures that the skills of the individual team members are seamlessly integrated into a functional exoskeleton.
Furthermore, Cindy makes sure that our planning is realistic and that our deadlines are met. With her keen eye for detail and analytical thinking, Cindy is perfectly suited for the job. She brings attention to all the little to-do’s that might otherwise go unnoticed and ensures the team continues to find joy in their tasks. For her, this often means diving into her expertise in creating Excel spreadsheets to keep everything organized, which she loves.
Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Technology and is currently pursuing her master’s in Biomedical Engineering. However, she was ready for a new challenge. Project MARCH offers her a great opportunity to develop skills such as communication, problem-solving, creativity and working in a team. Her personal goal for this year is to learn how to effectively guide the various departments and oversee the big picture, without needing in-depth knowledge of every technical detail.
