Team Manager

You are ultimately responsible for the team as a whole and are the face of Project MARCH to the outside world.

How do you make sure the exoskeleton walks

As Team Manager, you have many different responsibilities and you are constantly busy! You are an important player within the team, but also towards the outside world. You are people-oriented, are good at motivating others and have a big sense of empathy. By combining and leveraging these qualities in a targeted manner, you make sure to get the most out of every team member and the team as a whole. Moreover, as the face of Project MARCH, you make sure the project is presented as good as possible to the outside world!

What you will do as Team Manager

Because of the broad range of tasks, every day is different. To guarantee the overall team ambiance and the well-being of all team members, you will often talk to them individually, in order to maintain a good overview of how the team is doing. As you are ultimately responsible for the project, you make sure everyone is doing a good job and that all team members can make the most of their year! With the Management Team you will think about the top-level strategy, you will make sure the entire team is cooperating properly and you will anticipate everything that could possibly happen. Besides that, you are the face of Project MARCH to the outside world, which means you are the contact person for many official party's and you give interviews and presentations. Alongside these tasks, you have the liberty to fill in the year as you wish, so that you can also learn a lot and make the most of your year.
You can for example think of projects about the future and strategy of Project MARCH, but of course you can also set up a new project together with other team members. To make all this come true, your week is densely packed with meetings, emails, and phone calls with many different people from inside and outside the team!
