Have you read all job descriptions, have you spoken with the current Project MARCH team, are you super motivated to join the next team, but are you still unsure which position suits you? No worries, you can also hand in an open application!

Why an open application?

Sometimes a position fits someone very well because of a certain study, interest, background or combination of these. But sometimes this is not really the case, or people themselves do not really know what they like to do. Since Project MARCH is a year full-time, we understand very well that it can feel strange or even scary to apply for a certain position if you are not sure if you really want to do it the whole year. However, naturally, that does not mean that you are less passionate or motivated about the project! That's why we want to give you the opportunity to apply openly, without specifying a particular position, after which we will assess which position in Project MARCH would suit you well. From our experiences, we have a better understanding of the possibilities for someone with your qualities!

How does it work?

If you apply openly, we use the same application procedure as when you apply for a position. You write a cover letter explaining why you want to apply for Project MARCH, why you are applying openly and you send us your CV. After this, we will assess your application just like any other!
